Where Do We Deliver?
everydayoffers.co.za currently delivers door-to-door via courier to most postcodes within South Africa. Deliveries are made to an address of your choice, whether it be your business or residential address. However, everydayoffers.co.za does not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please note that it might not be possible for everydayoffers.co.za to deliver to certain areas. During the online checkout process, you will be required to enter your postal code and address to determine if your area is eligible for door-to-door delivery.
How Much Does Standard Delivery Cost?
Courier fees varies based on product weight(s) and also location in South Africa. At checkout you can request a quote that should give you the delivery charge for your products. However in general delivery charges is not likely to exceed R99. We no longer use the Post Office services as means of delivery therefore a physical address (including postal code) will be required. Does everydayoffers.co.za Deliver Orders Beyond South African Borders?
Not yet.
How Long Does It Normally Take For Orders To Be Delivered?
Our courier company will deliver during office hours (8am–5pm; Monday to Friday), usually 5-10 working days from the day your order was placed and paid for. On occasion, due to issues outside of our control, deliveries may take longer. We will make every effort to deliver on time and to keep you updated throughout the process. No deliveries will be made on weekends and public holidays. Please also ensure that someone is available to receive your package during working hours.
Can I Select Somebody To Receive My Order For Me If I Am Not Going To Be There When The Courier Service Delivers To Me?
Yes you can, but do note that everydayoffers.co.za will not accept responsibility for anyone who receives your order at your chosen address, that is not authorised to do so.
Where Is My Order?
You can check your "Order Status" by following the link on your order confirmation email or by logging onto your account on www.everydayoffers.co.za and viewing orders in "My Account Summary".
How To Request A Return
If you have to return an item to us please email with any supporting documentation or pictures to [email protected].
Changing Your Mind / Cancelling Your Order
If you change your mind and wish to return the goods you have bought online you can do so. If you are not happy with your purchase you have up to 7 days from the day you received your order to return it without penalty. The goods need to be in unused condition and in their original sealed packaging. You may be liable for the direct costs of returning the goods. All returned items are subject to inspection to ensure they are suitable for a refund.
What Happens If A Product Is Missing, Damaged Or The Wrong Items At Point Of Delivery?
The courier company is not authorised to accept goods for return on delivery. Should an item be incorrect, please contact our customer service centre immediately on [email protected] to arrange for the earliest convenient collection date. Once returned to us, the product will undergo an assessment after which, the correct item will be dispatched. Promotional, free or bundled items that were part of a purchase must also be returned.
